基于電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的三工位隔離/接地開(kāi)關(guān)操作機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要: 針對(duì)目前高壓隔離開(kāi)關(guān)在操作過(guò)程中存在的可控性差,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)觸頭的精準(zhǔn)控制,控制回路復(fù)雜,分合閘指令需要通過(guò)繼電器輸入,容易出現(xiàn)隔離開(kāi)關(guān)誤動(dòng)的問(wèn)題,提出了一種集成化、智能化、可強(qiáng)電輸入輸出、雙閉環(huán)精準(zhǔn)控制的隔離/接地開(kāi)關(guān)電機(jī)直驅(qū)操作機(jī)構(gòu)。該操作機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)隔離開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)觸頭運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線,通過(guò)對(duì)電機(jī)電流、速度、位置信號(hào)進(jìn)行采集,運(yùn)用 SVPWM 電壓矢量控制算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)隔離/接地開(kāi)關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程的精準(zhǔn)控制。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該操作機(jī)構(gòu)從收到動(dòng)作信號(hào)到動(dòng)作結(jié)束時(shí)間短,啟動(dòng)后可在很短時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)速度,整個(gè)動(dòng)作過(guò)程中機(jī)構(gòu)輸出穩(wěn)定、波動(dòng)小,有效提高了隔離/接地開(kāi)關(guān)的可靠性。

Earthing Switch Based on Motor Drive Technology

Abstract: In view of the poor controllability of the current high-voltage disconnecting switch in the operation process, it is difficult to realize the precise control of the moving contact, the control loop is complex, and the opening and closing instructions need to be input through the relay, which is prone to the problem of misoperation of the disconnecting/earthing switch. In this paper, an integrated and intelligent,strong electrical input and output, double closed-loop precise control of disconnecting/earthing switch motor drive operating mechanism is proposed. According to the moving contact curve of the disconnecting/earthing switch, the operating mechanism collects the current, speed and position signals of the motor, and uses the SVPWM voltage vector control algorithm to realize the precise control of the movement process of the disconnecting/earthing switch. The test shows that the motor drive operating mechanism has a short time from receiving the action signal to the end of the action, and can reach the preset speed in a very short time after starting, and the output of the mechanism is stable and the fluctuation is small in the whole action process, which effectively improves the reliability of the disconnecting/earthing switch.
