電力IMS業(yè)務(wù)能力開放平臺設(shè)計研究

摘 要:隨著國家電網(wǎng)公司IP 多媒體子系統(tǒng)(IMS)行政交換網(wǎng)的推廣應(yīng)用,IP 類多媒體業(yè)務(wù)逐漸增多。在 IMS 行政交換網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和核心網(wǎng)元能力的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一個能夠屏蔽底層專業(yè)具體協(xié)議的,具備開放業(yè)務(wù)能力的平臺系統(tǒng),并提供對外開放接口,通過多點業(yè)務(wù)觸發(fā)模型避免多業(yè)務(wù)之間的沖突。給出了 IMS 業(yè)務(wù)能力開放平臺架構(gòu)設(shè)計及第三方用戶注冊與呼叫處理流程。該系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)平臺間相互獨立、互聯(lián)互通困難、用戶和終端擴展能力不足等問題,可縮短新業(yè)務(wù)的生成周期,能根據(jù)個別用戶需求提供個性化業(yè)務(wù),更有利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Abstract: With the popularization and application of the IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) administrative switching network of the State Grid Corporation of China, the number of IP multimedia subsystem has gradually increased. On the basis of the IMS administrative switching network system architecture and core network element capabilities, a platform system with open service capabilities that can shield the underlying professional specific protocols is designed, and the open interface is provided to avoid the conflict between multiple services through the multi-point service triggering model, and the architecture design of the IMS service capability open platform and the third-party user registration and call processing process are given.The system solves the problems of mutual independence, difficultinterconnection and interconnection, and insufficient expansion capabilities of users and terminals between traditional service platforms, shortens the generation cycle of new services, and provides personalized services according to the needs of individual users, which is more conducive to the sustainable development of the network.
