基于鷹魚優(yōu)化算法的電力系統(tǒng)負荷頻率控制

    摘 要:為應對大規(guī)模新能源并網(wǎng)對電力系統(tǒng)頻率穩(wěn)定性的挑戰(zhàn),探討了配置儲能裝置的互聯(lián)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)負荷頻率控制(LFC)策略。構建了含火力發(fā)電機組的雙區(qū)域互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)空間模型,分析以儲能單元作為調頻執(zhí)行機構的功率約束特性;設計了一種基于鷹魚優(yōu)化算法(HFOA)的區(qū)域互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)負荷頻率調控方法,該方法在確保系統(tǒng)頻率漸近穩(wěn)定的同時實現(xiàn)了混合儲能系統(tǒng)(HESS)調頻出力信號的最優(yōu)分配,采用預設性能控制器將區(qū)域控制偏差快速收斂至目標范圍內(nèi)。通過 MATLAB/Simulink 平臺進行仿真實驗,結果表明,與灰狼優(yōu)化算法相比,所提策略能夠更好地維持區(qū)域互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,改善了系統(tǒng)調頻效果。

Load-Frequency Control in Power Systems Based on the
Hawkfish Optimization Algorithm

    Abstract: To address the challenges posed by the large-scale integration of new energy into the grid on the frequency stability of the power system, this paper explores a load-frequency control (LFC) strategy for interconnected regional power grids equipped with energy storage devices.A state space model of a two-area interconnected system incorporating thermal power units is constructed, and the power constraint characteristics of energy storage units as frequency modulation actuators are analyzed. A load-frequency regulation method for regional interconnected power systems based on the hawkfish optimization algorithm (HFOA) is designed. This method ensures asymptotic stability of the system frequency while achieving optimal allocation of frequency modulation output signals from the hybrid energy storage system (HESS). A preset performance controller is employed to quickly converge the area control error within a target range. Simulation experiments are conducted using the MATLAB/Simulink platform, the results show that, compared to the grey wolf optimization algorithm, the proposed strategy can better maintain the stability of the regional interconnected power system and improve the system's frequency modulation performance.
