斷路器遠程溫度監(jiān)控器的設計

摘 要:為了減少斷路器使用中因溫升過高引起的故障,設計了一種具有無接觸的溫度采樣、溫升顯示、超溫升報警、斷路器遠程控制等特點的智能控制器,采用M430F5436A單片機實現(xiàn)主控與通信功能,紅外溫度傳感器實現(xiàn)對斷路器溫度檢測,繼電器實現(xiàn)對斷路器控制。經試驗與現(xiàn)場配柜運行,該自動控制系統(tǒng)很好地實現(xiàn)了對斷路器溫度的監(jiān)測與控制。

Design of Remote Temperature Monitoring and Controlling Unit for Circuit Breaker

Abstract: In order to reduce the temperature rise failures of circuit breakers, this paper designed an intelligent controller with many features such as non-touch temperature sampling, temperature rise display, over temperature rising alarm, remote control for circuit breakers. The micro-controller M430F5436A was used as the main control and communication module, infrared sensor as sampling circuit breaker temperature, and relays as controlling circuit breaker. The experimental results show that the automatic control system realizes circuit breaker temperature monitoring and controlling well.
