基于多層次模糊綜合評價法的微電網(wǎng)風險評估

摘 要:針對微電網(wǎng)風險評估,建立了微電網(wǎng)風險指標體系,該體系包括結(jié)構(gòu)安全、運行安全和技術(shù)安全等各方面的一級指標及相應的子指標。將層次分析法與模糊評價法進行綜合,獲得了各層指標的權(quán)重和綜合風險評估矩陣。結(jié)合實例對微電網(wǎng)總體風險情況進行評估,分析結(jié)果直觀顯示了微電網(wǎng)中三大主要風險的重要性程度,且得到了其相應子指標的重要程度排序。

Abstract: In allusion to the risk assessment of microgrid, a comprehensive risk assessment index system for microgrid was built. The system included first-level indexes such as structure safety, operation safety and technique safety etc, and the corresponding sub-indexes. The paper integrated the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method with the fuzzy evaluation method to obtain the weight of each layer index and the comprehensive risk assessment matrix. The whole risk situation of microgrid was evaluated via practical examples. The analysis results directly show that the three major risks in microgrid are very important, and each index has the sequence of their own degree of importance.
