一種新型螺管式電磁脫扣器的分析

    摘 要:針對一種新型無靜鐵芯螺管式脫扣器結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用有限元分析軟件Ansys計算其靜態(tài)電磁吸力,并且對比分析了新型和傳統(tǒng)型脫扣器的靜態(tài)特性。運用Adams軟件對微型斷路器建模仿真開斷過程,對比分析了新型與傳統(tǒng)型脫扣器的動態(tài)特性以及其對MCB開斷性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:新型脫扣器電磁吸力受氣隙長度影響較小,隨之減小而略有增大;在短路電流較小時,新型脫扣器動作時間較短,進而可以加快斷路器的分?jǐn)嗨俣龋辉诙搪冯娏鬏^大時,新型脫扣器沒有體現(xiàn)出更好的速動性,也不能加快斷路器的分?jǐn)嗨俣取?/div>

Analysis of a New Type of Solenoid Electromagnetic Release

    Abstract: In allusion to a new type of solenoid electromagnetic release structure without static iron core, the static state electromagnetic force was calculated with the finite element analysis software Ansys and the static characteristics of new and traditional solenoid magnetic release was analyzed and compared. The software Adams was used to carry out miniature circuit breaker modeling and making and breaking simulation. The dynamic characteristics of new and traditional solenoid magnetic release, as well as the impacts on the miniature circuit breaker were analyzed and compared. The results show that the magnetic force of new solenoid magnetic release was less influenced by gap length, which increases slightly with the decreases of gap length. The shorter tripping time of new release expedites the breaking process of circuit breaker under the condition of small short-circuit current. The new release hasn’t obvious speed and doesn’t expedite the breaking process of circuit breaker under the condition of large short-circuit current.
