母線槽短路耐受強度試驗故障分析

摘 要:針對母線槽在短路耐受強度型式試驗過程中遇到的一些故障,結(jié)合IEC60865-1、IEC/TS60865-2和GB7251.2—2006標準,以及試驗過程中采集到的示波圖,分析了產(chǎn)生類似故障的原因。探討了母線槽承受短時間、大電流所形成的電動力和熱效應的能力,并對母線槽導體截面積的選擇排列和絕緣支撐件的布局、安裝方式提出建議。

Fault Analysis of Busway Short Circuit Withstand Strength Test

Abstract: Aiming at some faults encountered in the process of busway short circuit withstand strength test, combining with the international standards IEC 60865-1 and IEC/TS 60865-2, national standard GB 7251.2—2006, and oscillograms collected in the experiment, this paper analyzed the causes leading to analogous faults. Discussion was made to the capability of busway forming electrodynamic force and heat effect under a short period of time and large current. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to the selection and arrangement of busway conductor cross-section, layout of insulation support and installation methods.
