儲(chǔ)能電站經(jīng)濟(jì)性及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析

摘 要:列舉了儲(chǔ)能電站給電力系統(tǒng)中各方帶來的諸多效益,以某開展前期工作的江蘇地區(qū)鋰電池儲(chǔ)能電站為例,在給定的邊界條件下,按照《建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)方法與參數(shù)》( 第三版) 評價(jià)其在削峰填谷的盈利模式情況下的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,選擇運(yùn)行策略、初始投資成本、運(yùn)營期限、度電補(bǔ)貼政策等因素進(jìn)行敏感性分析,并探討影響儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性因素,給出相關(guān)應(yīng)對建議。

Analysis of Economics and Development Status of Energy Storage Power Station

Abstract: This paper enumerated the benefits brought by the various parties of the energy storage power station in the power system. Taking a lithium battery energy storage power station in Jiangsu as an example, under the given boundary conditions, this paper evaluated its economic feasibility in the case of peak-cutting and valley-filling profit model according to "economic evaluation method and parameters of construction projects" (3rd Edition). Sensitivity analysis was carried out by selecting factors such as operation strategy, initial investment cost, operation period and power subsidy policy etc, the key factors affecting the development of energy storage industry were discussed and the relevant suggestions were given.
