    摘 要:基于TCR(晶閘管控制電抗器)閥組正常運(yùn)行時(shí)候的電壓、電流應(yīng)力的特點(diǎn),給出了一種應(yīng)用于TCR 雙向晶閘管閥組的合成回路試驗(yàn)方案。通過Y 型TCR連接的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)TCR大電流的輸出,通過直流電壓源和電壓振蕩回路實(shí)現(xiàn)閥組大電壓的施加,并完成了最高電壓110 kV、最大電流4 000 A合成回路試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。在此試驗(yàn)回路中完成額定電壓20 kV、額定電流2 700 A的TCR閥組的運(yùn)行試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)完全能夠滿足IEC和國標(biāo)中對(duì)TCR閥組型式試驗(yàn)的要求,可以完成閥組全工況性能測試,大大加快TCR閥組的開發(fā)速度并保證所開發(fā)閥組的性能。

A Kind of Test System Capable of Performing Full Voltage and Full Current Test for
Thyristor Control Reactor Thyristor Valve

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the voltage and current stress during the normal operationofthyristor control reactor (TCR) valve bank, this paper gave a synthetic circuit test scheme for TCR bidirectional thyristor valve bank.The Y type connection mode was used to realize the big current output of TCR and the direct current voltage source and the voltage oscillation circuit was used to realize the infliction of valve bank big voltage. On this basis, a test system with the highest voltage of 110 kV and a maximum current of 4 000 A was built. In this test circuit the running test of TCR valve bank with nominal voltage of 20 kV and nominal current of 2 700 A was completed. The test results show that the test system can fully meet the requirements of the TCR valve type test which was requested in IEC and national standard, and it can complete the full operating performance test.Through the use of the synthetic circuit, the development speed of TCR valve can be greatly accelerated, and the developed valve can be guaranteed.
