550 kV GIS用三工位隔離開關開合母線轉(zhuǎn)換電流研究

摘 要:開發(fā)了550 kV GIS用三工位隔離開關,通過對開斷過程中絕緣配合設計,預判放電通道,保證電弧僅在抗燒蝕能力強的動、靜弧觸頭之間燃燒。型式試驗后樣機的燒蝕工況分析表明,通過提高隔離開關分合閘速度,避免了開合過程中出現(xiàn)的電弧漂移現(xiàn)象,通過對電弧燃燒時間長短及分散性統(tǒng)計,合理解釋了分、合閘速度對電弧漂移的影響,驗證了所設計的三工位隔離開關的合理性。

Research on Bus-Transfer Current of Three-Working-Position Disconnector Equiped in 550 kV GIS

Abstract: The three-working-position disconnector equipped in 550 kV GIS was developed. The discharge path could be predicated by the insulation coordination design in the breaking course, to ensure that the arc only burnt between the moving and fixed contact with high erosion resistance ability. The ablation working condition of prototype after type test shows that the arc shift phenomenon could be avoided in the breaking and making course by improving the speed of disconnector’s breaking and making, and the impacts of its speed on the arc shift was explained reasonably by the statistics of arcing time length and its dispersibility, which verifies the rationality of the designed three-working-position disconnector.
