西門子水冷電機絕緣擊穿特性分析及預防

    摘 要:通過記錄西門子1FE1內(nèi)置水冷電機的接地故障判斷過程,對該類型的電機的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點進行了介紹,分析了電機絕緣特性,并利用實際維修經(jīng)驗,例舉了引發(fā)絕緣擊穿的原因,針對性地提出了預防措施和改進思路,為設計人員完善電機性能,提高絕緣強度,提供了現(xiàn)場依據(jù),也為設備維修人員在現(xiàn)場進行類似故障分析提供了思路。

Analysis and Prevention of Siemens Water-Cooled Machine Insulation Breakdown Characteristic

    Abstract: By recording the earth fault judge process of Siemens 1FE1 built-in water-cooled machine, this paper introduced the structure and characteristics of this type of electric machine, analyzed the electric machine insulation characteristic and used the practical service experience to enumerate the causes triggering insulation breakdown. The precautionary measures were pertinently proposed, as well as the improved thoughts, so that the designer has the site gist to improve the motor performance and dielectric strength and the equipment maintenance personnel have the thoughts to carry out the analogous site faults analysis.
