一起220 kV GIS母線支柱絕緣子故障定位與分析

摘 要:針對一起220 kV母線支柱絕緣子內(nèi)部放電擊穿故障,進(jìn)行了定位和故障原因分析。通過分析SF6氣體分解產(chǎn)物,確定了故障氣室;通過絕緣子電氣、機(jī)械、片析等試驗(yàn)分析,判斷本次絕緣子運(yùn)行中放電故障原因?yàn)榻^緣子在運(yùn)輸或裝配過程中產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中缺陷,在長時(shí)間運(yùn)行電壓作用下微弱局部放電逐步累積使絕緣子缺陷擴(kuò)大,最終導(dǎo)致放電擊穿。對GIS設(shè)備運(yùn)維檢修工作提出建議,以避免此類事故再次發(fā)生。

Fault Location and Analysis of a Case of 220 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear Bus Supporting Insulator

Abstract: Aiming at the inner discharge breakdown failure of a case of a 220 kV bus supporting insulator, this paper carried out location and failure cause analysis.Through the analysis of SF6 gas decomposition products, the gas chamber where the accident happened was determined. Through insulator electrical, mechanical and slice analysis etc test analysis, it is concluded that the insulators are impacted by external forces in the process of transport or assembly, resulting in tiny cracks.After electrification, weak partial discharge gradually accumulates to expand insulator defects, and eventually leads to breakdown.In order to avoid the recurrence of this kind of accident, some suggestions are put forward for the future work.
