1 000 kV特高壓串補(bǔ)控保系統(tǒng)CT取能異常分析

摘 要:基于特高壓南陽(yáng)站長(zhǎng)南Ⅰ線串補(bǔ)控保B系統(tǒng)CT取能異常事件,分析了特高壓串補(bǔ)控制保護(hù)系統(tǒng)組成及平臺(tái)測(cè)量箱的取能方式,對(duì)事件概況及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況進(jìn)行了描述,通過(guò)理論分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,指出此次事故的原因是串補(bǔ)平臺(tái)上CT取能系統(tǒng)故障導(dǎo)致非功能性切換為地面激光送能。通過(guò)此次分析為其他廠站處理類似問(wèn)題積累了理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abnormal Analysis of CT Energy Absorption of 1 000 kV UHV Series Compensation Control and Protection System

Abstract: Based on the UHV Nanyang Station Changnan line series compensation control B system CT energy anomaly event, this paper analyzed the composition of UHV series compensation control and protection system and the energy-receiving mode of platform measuring trunk, and described the event survey and local situation. Through theoretical analysis and on-site inspection, it is pointed out that the cause of the accident is that the CT energy-carrying system failure on the series-compensated platform causes non-functional switching to ground laser energy transmission, which accumulates the theoretical and practical experience for the similar problems processed in other working station.
