環(huán)保氣體與固體復(fù)合絕緣的緊湊型開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備研究

摘 要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有10 kV環(huán)網(wǎng)開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備污染環(huán)境、體積大、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性差等缺點(diǎn),闡述了采用環(huán)保氣體與固體復(fù)合絕緣的緊湊型開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的性能特點(diǎn),介紹了該開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,以及隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、出線套管、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行理論分析和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,不斷優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),提高了產(chǎn)品的可靠性能。

Research on Compact Switchgear with Environmentally Friendly Gas and Solid Composite Insulation

Abstract: In allusion to the disadvantages of existing 10 kV ring network switchgear, such as pollution environment, large volume, poor environmental adaptability etc, this paper described the performance characteristics of compact switchgear that used a mixture of environmentally friendly gases and solids, and introduced the structural composition of the switchgear and the key technologies such as isolation switches, outlet bushings, and monitoring systems. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification of key technologies show that the continuously optimized product structure improves the reliability of the product.
