    摘 要:電轉(zhuǎn)氣(Power to Gas,P2G)和儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為解決小水電棄水問題提供了途徑。以總收益最高為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了小水電站優(yōu)化配置P2G設(shè)備和儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備的協(xié)同規(guī)劃模型,同時(shí)建立了能源轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備的投資成效評(píng)估體系。仿真分析了配置能源轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備前后小水電站的收益和水電消納情況,驗(yàn)證了P2G設(shè)備和儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備協(xié)同配置對(duì)提高水電消納和水電站收益的有效性。

Coordinated Planning of P2G and Energy Storage Equipment in Small Hydropower Stations

    Abstract: The development of power to gas (P2G) and energy storage technology provides a way to avoid the unnecessary losses caused by abandoned water.Taking the highest total revenue as the objective function, this paper established a collaborative planning model of the optimal allocation of P2G equipment and energy storage equipment for small hydropower stations, as well as an investment effectiveness evaluation system of energy conversion equipment in operation at the same time.This paper simulates and analyzes the revenue and hydropower absorption of small hydropower station before and after the allocation of energy conversion equipment, and verifies the effectiveness of the collaborative allocation of P2G equipment and energy storage equipment in improving the revenue and hydropower absorption.
