基于改進(jìn)BSC模型的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建

摘 要：在傳統(tǒng)平衡記分卡模型的基礎(chǔ)上，基于能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景和電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的特殊屬性，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)平衡記分卡（BSC）模型進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，其創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于結(jié)合能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略路徑、環(huán)境特征、行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈等分析，利用改進(jìn)的平衡記分卡的四個(gè)維度框架以及關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)方法來(lái)確定評(píng)價(jià)體系的指標(biāo)，為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。

Construction of Strategic Performance Evaluation System for Power Grid Enterprises Based on Improved BSC Model

Abstract: Based on the energy Internet background and the special attributes of power grid enterprises, this paper improved the traditional balanced scorecard (BSC) model. The innovation point was to carry out analysis by combining with the strategic target, the strategic path, the environment characteristics, the industrial characteristics and the industrial value chain etc. The four dimensionality frame and key performance indicator of improved BSC were used to make sure the index of evaluation system, to provide references for the power grid enterprises performance evaluation.
