大功率晶閘管用水冷板的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:大功率晶閘管是高壓直流輸電裝置的關(guān)鍵部件。根據(jù)大功率晶閘管的高散熱要求,設(shè)計(jì)一種帶有內(nèi)部強(qiáng)化換熱結(jié)構(gòu)的水冷板。采用數(shù)值模擬的方法分析了水冷板在不同流量、不同的熱源大小和不同的流體等參數(shù)下的熱性能,提出了在高發(fā)熱區(qū)域采用了強(qiáng)化換熱結(jié)構(gòu)的三維流動(dòng)傳熱的水冷板,并對(duì)局部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使得晶閘管的溫度降低并且均勻,可確保晶閘管的運(yùn)行安全和保障使用壽命。

Optimization Design of Water Cold Plate for High Power Thyristor

Abstract: High power thyristor is the central component of the HVDC convertor station. Base on the cooling requirements for utilization of high power thyristors, the water cold plate with enhanced heat transfer structure is designed. The thermal performance of water cold plate under different flow rate, different heat source size and different fluid are studied with numerical simulation. The three-dimensional flow heat transfer water-cooled plate with enhanced heat transfer structure is proposed in the high heating area. The local structure is optimized to make the temperature lower and uniform in the thyristor. The operation safely of thyristor is ensured and service life is guaranteed.
