摘 要:介紹了基于單片機控制直流調(diào)速工作的原理,設(shè)計了基于AVR 單片機雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng),利用AVR 單片機自帶的輸入捕捉功能及A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換功能,精確、方便地檢測電機轉(zhuǎn)速和電流,并通過單片機產(chǎn)生的PWM 波控制電機。實驗結(jié)果表明,采用該控制方案,將軟件調(diào)試和硬件調(diào)試相結(jié)合,使系統(tǒng)具有較好的跟隨性和抗擾動性。

Design of Double Loop Direct Current Speed Control System Based on AVR Microcontroller

Abstract: Introduction was made to the working principle of direct current speed control based on microcontrollers. A direct current speed control system was designed based on AVR microcontroller. The AVR microcontroller has its own input capture and A/D conversion functions, which accurately and conveniently tested the motor speed and current, generating pulse width modulation waves to control the motor. The experimental results show that the adopted control plan combined software debugging with hardware debugging to make the system following and anti-disturbing better.
