江蘇地區(qū)陸上風(fēng)電配套儲能系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟性研究

    摘 要:以江蘇某地區(qū)擬建設(shè)的陸上風(fēng)電場為例,圍繞配置儲能后的風(fēng)儲項目經(jīng)濟效益可行性展開研究,分析了其在新能源補貼退坡及建設(shè)配套儲能系統(tǒng)下的收益情況,選取項目造價、年有效利用小時數(shù)、儲能容量配置比例三個關(guān)鍵因素,研究平價上網(wǎng)配套儲能的陸上風(fēng)電項目的資本金內(nèi)部收益率隨三個變量的變化情況,并據(jù)此分析出陸上風(fēng)電的發(fā)展前景。

Economic Research on Energy Storage System of Onshore
Wind Power Project in Jiangsu

    Abstract: This paper takes an onshore wind farm planned to be constructed in a certain area of Jiangsu as an example, and studies the feasibility of the economic benefits of wind storage projects after the deployment of energy storage, and analyzes its income under the new energy subsidies and the construction of supporting energy storage system. By selecting the three key factors of project cost, annual effective utilization hours, and energy storage capacity allocation ratio, the change of the capital internal rate of return of onshore wind power projects with parity on-grid supporting energy storage with three variables is studied. Based on this analysis, the development prospects of onshore wind power are obtained.
