10 kV饋線繼電保護(hù)實(shí)用整定方案

摘 要:10 kV配電網(wǎng)的繼電保護(hù)對(duì)于保證配電網(wǎng)的安全具有重要作用。針對(duì)10 kV 配電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)中存在的各級(jí)保護(hù)難以配合、無統(tǒng)一定值的問題,提出一種適用于10 kV饋線繼電保護(hù)的整定方案,對(duì)變電站出口處、主干線分段開關(guān)及分支線處的保護(hù)定值與時(shí)間配合方式進(jìn)行了規(guī)定,并對(duì)特殊線路的保護(hù)整定方案進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,使得該方案能夠適用于更普遍的配電網(wǎng),提高了保護(hù)的可靠性與靈敏性。

Practical Relay Protection Setting Scheme of 10 kV Feeder Lines

Abstract: The relay protection of 10 kV distribution network plays an important role in ensuring the safety of distribution network. This paper aims at the problems of relay protection in 10 kV distribution network, such as difficult coordination of all levels of protection and no uniform fixed value, a new relay protection method suitable for 10 kV distribution network is proposed. The setting scheme of feeder relay protection specifies the protection setting value and time coordination mode at the outlet of substation, main line section switch and branch line, and adjusts the protection setting scheme of special line, so that the scheme can be applied to more general distribution network, and improves the reliability and sensitivity of protection.
