    摘 要:遠(yuǎn)程控制地線融冰自動(dòng)接線裝置可提高輸電線路地線的融冰效率,同時(shí)也會(huì)給輸電線路的正常運(yùn)行帶來一定的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。給出了一種新的地線融冰自動(dòng)接線裝置的安裝結(jié)構(gòu)圖,該裝置遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)采用縱向加密的APN專網(wǎng)、操作程序邏輯自鎖、電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的時(shí)間管理等手段進(jìn)行了安全策略的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了安全模擬試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果初步證明了本系統(tǒng)的安全性能,可有效防止非法操作,保障地線融冰自動(dòng)接線裝置和輸電線路的安全運(yùn)行。

    Abstract: The remote control ice-melting automatic connection device can improve the ice-melting efficiency of power transmission lines and solve the problem of decentralization in operation and management, but it also brings some security risks to the normal operation of power transmission lines. The installation structure diagram of a new ground wire ice melting automatic wiring device is given. The remote control system of this device adopts the longitudinally encrypted APN private network, the operation program logic self-locking, the time management of the motor rotation and other means to carry out the security strategy design and conduct safety simulation tests on the design content. The test results prove the safety performance of the system, which can effectively prevent illegal operation and ensure the safe operation of the ground line ice-melting automatic wiring device and transmission line.
