換流閥防火監(jiān)測(cè)裝置設(shè)計(jì)及其電磁屏蔽性能研究

    摘 要:為改變換流閥閥廳防火監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)精度不足和時(shí)效性差的問題,研制了一種適用于換流閥閥塔的防火監(jiān)測(cè)裝置,該裝置可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控閥塔內(nèi)部元件的狀態(tài),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)火情。為考核閥塔防火監(jiān)測(cè)裝置在復(fù)雜電磁環(huán)境下的電磁屏蔽特性,采用等效傳輸法對(duì)裝置的電磁屏蔽效能進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出其屏蔽效能值滿足使用要求。試制出防火監(jiān)測(cè)裝置樣機(jī),并對(duì)防火監(jiān)測(cè)裝置成像關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明該裝置完全滿足工程使用要求,可大幅提高火情監(jiān)測(cè)精度。

Design of Fire Protection Monitoring Device for Valve Tower and Study on
Its Electromagnetic Shielding Performance

    Abstract: In order to get over the problem of insufficient monitoring accuracy and poor timeliness of the fire protection monitoring system of the converter valve hall, a fire protection monitoring device suitable for the valve tower was developed, which can monitor the state of the internal components of the valve towers in real time and detect fires in time. In order to evaluate the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of the valve tower fire monitoring device in a complex electromagnetic environment, the equivalent transmission method is used to calculate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the device, and the shielding effectiveness value is obtained to meet the requirements of use. The prototype of the fire protection monitoring device was trial-produced, and the key imaging technology of the fire protection monitoring device was tested and verified. The results showed that the device fully meets the requirements of engineering use and can greatly improve the accuracy of fire monitoring.
