    摘 要:12 kV 開關(guān)柜用接地開關(guān)動(dòng)熱穩(wěn)定性,是接地開關(guān)最重要的性能之一。從導(dǎo)體及匯流銅管的截面積、動(dòng)靜觸頭接觸面積及壓緊力、分合閘彈簧規(guī)格、接地回路電流方向等方面分析了影響動(dòng)熱穩(wěn)定性的主要因素,提出 12 kV 開關(guān)柜用接地開關(guān)改進(jìn)方案,裝配制造 1 臺(tái)樣機(jī)按照動(dòng)熱穩(wěn)定試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,試驗(yàn)后接地開關(guān)無明顯損壞、變形、熔焊等現(xiàn)象,能夠正常操作。

    Abstract: The dynamic and thermal stability of earthing switch for 12 kV switchgear is related to the personal safety of power equipment and operation inspection personnel. It is a crucial function of the earthing switch.The influential factors to its dynamic and thermal stability are the cross-sectional area of conductor and collector copper pipe, the contact area and pressing force of dynamic and static contacts, the specification of opening and closing spring, the current direction of earthing circuit, etc.This paper proposed a improvement scheme of earthing switch for 12 kV switchgear.A sample machine to be verified by the standards of the dynamic and thermal stability of conventional earthing switches experiment.The result shows that it operates well and does not have problems, such as breakdown, deformation, and fusion welding.
