關(guān)于開關(guān)柜斷路器防跳繼電器無法復(fù)歸問題的處理方案

    摘 要:針對(duì)某 110 kV 輸變電工程 10 kV 開關(guān)柜調(diào)試過程中,出現(xiàn)“斷路器合分一次后,無法進(jìn)一步電氣操作,但手動(dòng)合分正常,此時(shí)重新將斷路器控制回路斷電,又能再次操作斷路器,但仍只能合分一次,無法再次電氣操作”的問題,對(duì)斷路器內(nèi)部防跳回路、合閘回路、跳位監(jiān)視回路及微機(jī)保護(hù)接線回路進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)實(shí)際的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試情況或者運(yùn)行工況,制定出最符合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況的解決方案,為后續(xù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試或?qū)嶋H運(yùn)行時(shí)出現(xiàn)同類問題提供了參考。

A Solution for the Resetting Problem of the Anti-Trip
Relay Circuit Breaker of Switchgear

    Abstract: In a 110 kV power transmission and transformation project, a problem exists in the progress of the 10 kV switchgear debugging.The problem is that after the first movement of the circuit breaker, it can only operate by hand movement. In this situation, if the operator cuts the electricity of the circuit breaker control loop, the circuit breaker will run again, but it will still be a one-time operation.Given this problem, this article analyzed the internal anti-trip circuit, closing circuit, trip monitoring circuit, and microcomputer protection wiring circuit of the circuit breaker. It makes an appropriate solution for the on-set situation and provides a reference for similar problems.
