凝露對變頻器的影響分析及預(yù)防措施

摘 要:針對某沿海電廠一起變頻器整流單元短路故障事故,分析得出母線銅排凝露的產(chǎn)生是引起本次變頻器短路的主要原因,討論了凝露對變頻器的影響機理,給出了預(yù)防凝露的措施,指出只要保持變頻器柜體內(nèi)部溫度始終高于外部環(huán)境溫度,即可防止變頻器柜體內(nèi)部發(fā)生凝露,降低突發(fā)事故風(fēng)險。

Analysis and Precaution of Condensation Effects on Inverter

Abstract: Based on the short-circuit fault accident of a inverter rectifier unit in a coastal power plant, this paper analyzed that the condensation generated by bus bar copper bar was the main reason to cause inverter short circuit this time, and discussed the condensation influence mechanism to inverter, providing measures to prevent condensation. It is pointed out that the inverter cabinet internal condensation would be prevented, only if the internal temperature of inverter cabinet is kept higher than external environment temperature, which will reduce the accident risk.
