干式空心電抗器漏磁場引起鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)熱規(guī)律研究

    摘 要:模塊化多電平換流器中橋臂電抗器為干式空心電抗器,其中流過的交流基頻電流產(chǎn)生交變磁場,在橋臂電抗器室內(nèi)形成回路的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)中產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)環(huán)流,當金屬回路中出現(xiàn)接觸電阻時,可能發(fā)生明顯的發(fā)熱現(xiàn)象。選取換流站橋臂電抗器室內(nèi)常見的突出物和環(huán)形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進行有限元仿真,通過改變研究目標尺寸、與電抗器頂部距離、焊接或壓接連接方式下存在接觸電阻的形式,對橋臂電抗器周邊電磁場引起鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系發(fā)熱規(guī)律進行了研究和總結(jié),為工程設(shè)計和實施提供了參考。

Magnetic of Dry-Type Air-Core Reactor

    Abstract: The bridge arm reactor in the modular multilevel converter is the dry-type air-core reactor.The fundamental-frequency current in the alternating current of the electric reactor produces the alternating magnetic field. Moreover, it forms an induced circulating current in the metal structure of the bridge arm reactor. Heating phenomena could emerge when the contact resistance appears in the metallic return circuit.This paper chose the projection and the ring steel structure of the bridge arm reactor to conduct the finite element simulation.It studies and summarizes the heating law of the steel structure system caused by an electromagnetic field around the bridge arm reactor and provides the reference for engineering design and implementation by changing the size of the research target, the distance to the top of the reactor, and the form of contact resistance under the connection mode of welding or crimping.
