計及靜態(tài)安全域的多TCSC協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化

    摘 要:隨著新型電力系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,柔性電力電子設(shè)備 (FACTS) 滲透率日趨增長,使得系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)更加復(fù)雜,靜態(tài)安全問題日益突出?;诘刃Чβ首⑷敕▽⒕чl管控制的串聯(lián)補充電容 (TCSC) 等效為兩個節(jié)點注入功率,并根據(jù)直流潮流模型得到計及多 TCSC 影響的靜態(tài)安全域模型。定義靜態(tài)安全域的廣義體積指數(shù),用以評估系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)安全情況。以 TCSC 安裝位置及其等效電抗為優(yōu)化變量,以安全域廣義體積指數(shù)最大化為目標(biāo)函數(shù),構(gòu)建多 TCSC 的協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化模型,并以改進模擬植物生長算法進行模型求解。以 IEEE 10 機 39 節(jié)點系統(tǒng)為算例對所提方法進行分析,結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠顯著提高靜態(tài)安全域構(gòu)建的效率,在提高系統(tǒng)輸送能力的基礎(chǔ)上,能夠最大限度地保障電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運行。

Considering Steady-State Security Region

    Abstract: The penetration rate of Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System(FACTS) is increasing day by day as new power systems are constructed, which leads to more complicated system structures and more serious steady-state security problems. The paper, based on the equivalent power injection method, makes the Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation(TCSC) equivalent to two-node injected power, and obtains a steady-state security region model considering the influence of multiple TCSCs according to the DC power flow model. First, the generalized volume index of steady-state security region is defined to evaluate the steady-state security of the system. Second, the paper, taking the TCSC installation position and its equivalent reactance as optimization variables and the maximization of security region generalized volume index as the objective function, constructs a coordinated optimization model of multiple TCSCs and solves it by the modified plant growth simulation algorithm.Finally, the IEEE 10-machine 39-node system is taken as an example to analyze the proposed method. The results show that this method can significantly improve the efficiency of steady-state security region construction. Moreover, it can guarantee the safe and stable operation of power grids to the maximum extent on the basis of improving the transmission capacity of the system.
