帶電測(cè)量斷路器接觸電阻方法的研究

摘 要:提出了一種可對(duì)運(yùn)行中的斷路器實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量其接觸電阻的新方法。通過兩個(gè)電壓互感器采集斷路器兩端對(duì)地電壓,求得斷路器兩端的電壓差,同時(shí)測(cè)得流過斷路器的電流,根據(jù)歐姆定律即可得接觸電阻。分析表明,該方法可在保證測(cè)量系統(tǒng)與高壓隔離的前提下,實(shí)時(shí)帶電測(cè)量斷路器的接觸電阻。對(duì)預(yù)防斷路器的安全事故,保證斷路器可靠運(yùn)行具有重要意義。

Design of Electrified Measuring Contact Resistance in Circuit Breakers

Abstract: This paper presented a new real-time measuring method for the contact resistance of the operated circuit breakers. A pair of potential transformer worked in parallel to measure indirectly the voltage difference on the two terminals of the circuit breaker, while the currents flowing through circuit breakers were measured by current transformers. The result of contact resistance could be obtained based on Ohm Law. The analysis shows that this method could not only guarantee the isolation between control system and strong current, but also measure the contact resistance in real time, which would effectively prevent circuit breakers accidents.
