容性設(shè)備介損測(cè)量算法的對(duì)比與改進(jìn)

摘 要:為測(cè)量容性設(shè)備的介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)(tanδ),對(duì)比分析了過零比較法、諧波分析法與相對(duì)比較法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了改進(jìn)的相對(duì)比較法,該方法引入只含有基波的中間參考量,通過中間量計(jì)算相位差,將諧波分量放大并引入直流分量進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法消除了諧波大小對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響,測(cè)量精度高,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。

Contrast and Improvement of Capacitive Equipment Dielectric Loss Measurement Algorithms

Abstract: In order to measure the dielectric loss factor of capacitive equipment (tanδ), this paper analyzed the over-zero comparison method, harmonic analysis method and relative comparison method respectively, and on the basis of this, this paper put forward the modified relative comparison method, which introduced the intermediate reference quantity with fundamental wave, calculating the phase difference via intermediate quantity. The harmonic component was amplified and the DC component was introduced to simulate the test. The result shows that this method eliminates the influence of harmonic quantity on the measurement results with measurement of high precision and strong anti-interference ability.
