永磁直驅風電低電壓穿越與功率平抑策略研究

    摘 要:針對永磁直驅風電機組低電壓穿越和功率平抑兩種問題,提出采用改進超級電容儲能系統(tǒng)(ISCESS)和串聯(lián)制動電阻(SDBR)的聯(lián)合控制策略。將 ISCESS 并聯(lián)在機組的直流鏈上,SDBR 則串聯(lián)在電網(wǎng)與并網(wǎng)點之間。當風電并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)正常運行時,ISCESS 憑借快速充放電能力平抑機組的并網(wǎng)功率。當電網(wǎng)故障電壓驟降時,SDBR 抬升并網(wǎng)點的電壓并耗散不平衡能量,另一部分不平衡能量則由 ISCESS 吸收。研究結果表明,所提策略在正常運行時能有效對永磁直驅風電機組的并網(wǎng)功率進行平抑,在電網(wǎng)故障時能有效提升機組的低電壓穿越能力。

Strategy Research on Low Voltage Ride Through and Power Smoothing of
Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Wind Turbines

    Abstract: In order to solve the two problems of low voltage ride through and power smooth for permanent magnet synchronous generator,the combined control strategy of improved supercapacitor energy storage system(ISCESS) and series dynamic braking resistors(SDBR) is proposed. In this paper, ISCESS is connected in parallel to the DC chain of the unit, and SDBR is connected in series between the grid and the grid connection point. When the wind power grid-connected system is in normal operation, ISCESS smooths the grid-connected power of the unit with its fast charging and discharging capability. When the grid fault voltage suddenly descends, the SDBR raises the voltage of the junction point and dissipates the unbalanced energy, ISCESS absorbs the other part of the unbalanced energy. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively smooths the grid-connected power of permanent magnet direct drive wind turbines during normal operation,and enhance the low voltage ride through capability of the unit during grid faults.
