電動(dòng)汽車輪轂永磁無刷直流電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的速度控制

摘 要:輪轂電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)是電動(dòng)汽車采取的一種新型驅(qū)動(dòng)方式。針對電動(dòng)汽車輪轂永磁無刷直流電機(jī)的多變量、高度非線性以及強(qiáng)耦合的特點(diǎn),將電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)速控制器設(shè)計(jì)為模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò) PID 調(diào)節(jié)器,通過雞群算法和改進(jìn) BP 算法分別對模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和訓(xùn)練,實(shí)現(xiàn)模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò) PID 調(diào)節(jié)器的最優(yōu)參數(shù)輸出。系統(tǒng)仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析驗(yàn)證表明,基于模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò) PID 轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)器的電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)具有很強(qiáng)的轉(zhuǎn)速跟蹤、抑制超調(diào)、抗干擾、魯棒性等動(dòng)態(tài)性能。

Speed Control of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor
Control System for Wheel Hub of Electric Vehicles

Abstract: The wheel hub motor drive is a new type of drive for electric vehicles. In view of the multivariate, highly nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of permanent magnet brushless DC motor in the wheel hub of electric vehicles, the speed controller of the motor control system is designed as a fuzzy neural network PID regulator, and the fuzzy neural network is optimized and trained by the chicken flock algorithm and the improved BP algorithm respectively, so as to realize the optimal parameter output of the fuzzy neural network PID regulator.The system simulation and experimental analysis show that the motor control system based on fuzzy neural network PID speed regulator has strong dynamic performance such as speed tracking, overshoot suppression, anti-interference, and robustness.
