可短時(shí)浸水低壓開關(guān)柜設(shè)計(jì)與關(guān)鍵部件研究

    摘 要:針對(duì)極端天氣下地下配電房可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)雨水倒灌,對(duì)配電設(shè)備造成破壞性影響,導(dǎo)致大面積停電現(xiàn)象,提出可短時(shí)浸水低壓開關(guān)柜設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)低壓柜關(guān)鍵部件的防水和柜體的密封設(shè)計(jì),提高低壓開關(guān)柜的防水密封性。通過(guò)建立三維模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,確保浸水情況下低壓開關(guān)柜能夠可靠運(yùn)行。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計(jì)可有效提高低壓開關(guān)柜的整體性能,為沿海高濕地區(qū)等特殊場(chǎng)景的設(shè)備迭代提供關(guān)鍵技術(shù)支撐,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。

    Abstract: To address the potential risk of rainwater backflow in underground power distribution rooms under extreme weather conditions,which could severely damage electrical equipment and trigger large-scale power outages, this study proposes a short-term submersible low-voltage switchgear design. By incorporating waterproofing measures for critical components and a sealed structural design for the cabinet, the water resistance and sealing performance of the low-voltage switchgear are significantly improved. A three-dimensional model was developed for simulation analysis to optimize the structural design, followed by experimental validation to ensure reliable operation of the switchgear under submerged conditions. Test results demonstrate that this design effectively enhances the overall performance of the low-voltage switchgear, offering critical technical support for equipment upgrades in specialized scenarios such as coastal high-humidity regions,with promising application prospects.
