Identification Method for Customer-Transformer Relationship in Distribution Transformers Based on Voltage and Power Consumption Data

Abstract: Currently, the identification of customer-transformer relationships in low-voltage distribution transformers still relies on traditional manual inspection methods, which suffer from problems such as low governance efficiency and severe waste of human resources, becoming a core bottleneck in addressing abnormal line losses in distribution transformers. An automatic identification method for customer-transformer relationships based on 96-point frozen voltage data of high-power line carrier (HPLC) distribution transformers is proposed. Through multi-dimensional feature fitting including voltage data preprocessing, Pearson correlation analysis, power conservation verification, and metering point file branch discrimination, this method achieves accurate identification of the topological structure of low-voltage distribution transformers. Experimental results show that the method not only overcomes the defects of high cost and low efficiency of traditional manual identification but also solves the problem of identification accuracy in scenarios of common“zero”or coupling in carrier communication. Practical case verification indicates that the method can effectively locate abnormal customer-transformer relationships and has significant engineering application value for improving the level of line loss management in distribution transformers.
