基于相電流的消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng)單相接地故障選線

    摘 要:目前消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,對(duì)單相接地故障暫態(tài)量、零序量等采集能力不足,從而導(dǎo)致選線效率低下。提出一種僅基于各線路三相電流數(shù)據(jù)的單相接地選線算法。對(duì)單相接地故障進(jìn)行了原理分析,指出接地故障時(shí)三相電流的變化特征;根據(jù)故障前后接地相電流相對(duì)于正常相電流的變化情況,提出了比值法和差值法兩種選線指標(biāo),并基于線路的平均電流對(duì)兩種指標(biāo)的置信度進(jìn)行了賦值,接著構(gòu)造函數(shù)為指標(biāo)計(jì)算所依據(jù)的各時(shí)刻電流數(shù)據(jù)源進(jìn)行了權(quán)重分配。實(shí)際故障案例驗(yàn)證表明,所提算法在單相接地故障特別是單相金屬性接地故障中具有較高的選線準(zhǔn)確率,可以顯著提升調(diào)度員事故處理的效率,降低設(shè)備改造成本和停電損失。

A Single-Phase Grounding Fault Line Selection for the Arc Suppression Coil
Grounding System Based on Phase Current

    Abstract: At present, in the actual operation of arc suppression coil grounding systems, the insufficient ability to collect transient quantities, zero-sequence quantities and other parameters of single-phase grounding faults leads to low efficiency of fault line selection. An algorithm for single-phase grounding fault line selection based only on the three-phase current data of each line is proposed in this paper. The principle of single-phase grounding fault is analyzed, and the variation characteristics of three-phase current during grounding fault are pointed out. According to the changes of the grounding phase current relative to the normal phase current before and after the fault, two line selection indicators, namely the ratio method and the difference method are proposed. The confidence levels of the two indicators are assigned based on the average current of the line, and then a function is constructed to assign weights to the current data sources at each moment for indicator calculation. Verification with actual fault cases shows that the proposed algorithm has a high accuracy of line selection in single-phase grounding faults, especially in single-phase metallic grounding faults. It can significantly improve the efficiency of dispatchers in accident handling, and reduce the cost of equipment transformation and power outage losses.
