影響變壓器空載損耗的鐵心疊片結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)

摘 要: 變壓器的空載損耗主要包括鐵心的磁滯損耗、渦流損耗和鐵心附加損耗,影響空載損耗的原因包括疊片的材料與性能、硅鋼片之間絕緣性能、疊片的剪切方式和疊積方式等。通過(guò)在鐵心設(shè)計(jì)和疊片結(jié)構(gòu)工藝制造上采取相應(yīng)措施,提高材料的利用率,降低鐵心的附加損耗,提高了變壓器的空載性能。

Iron Core Lamination Improvement to Impact on Transformer No-Load Loss

Abstract: The transformer no-load loss includes iron core hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and iron core supplementary load loss. There are a lot of reasons to impact on no-load loss, such as materials and performance of lamination, insulation property between stalloys, cut and stack modes of lamination and so on. This paper took measures in the respect of iron core design and process manufacture to improve the utilance of materials and to decrease iron core supplementary load loss to raise transformer no-load performance.
