摘 要: 針對電勵磁同步電動機負(fù)載變化易失步的問題,通過對轉(zhuǎn)矩角特性分析,提出了一種基于轉(zhuǎn)矩角截止負(fù)反饋的控制策略。闡述了利用轉(zhuǎn)矩角控制防止失步的原理,建立了基于同步電動機磁鏈觀測的轉(zhuǎn)矩角數(shù)學(xué)模型,并設(shè)計了轉(zhuǎn)矩角外環(huán)、勵磁電流內(nèi)環(huán)的雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。仿真結(jié)果表明,該控制策略與常規(guī)控制相比,適應(yīng)負(fù)載變化的能力顯著提高,有效抑制了電機的失步,為電機的穩(wěn)定控制開辟了新途徑。

Torque-Angle Cut-Off Negative Feedback Closed-Loop Control Strategy of Electrical Excited Synchronous Motor

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the electrical synchronous excited motor will be out of step with the load changes, this paper raised a control strategy based on torque-angle cut-off feedback via the analysis of torque-angle characteristics. Discussion was made to the principle using torque-angle control to prevent out-of-step. The mathematical model of torque-angle was constructed based on the flux linkage observation of synchronous motors and the double closed-loop control system for the outer loop adopting torqueangle and the inner loop adopting field current were designed. The simulation results show that compared with conventional control, this control strategy obviously met the requirements of load changes, effectively restraining out-of-step of motors, which opens up a new way for stable control of motors.
