油浸式變壓器頂層油溫熱路模型計算分析與檢驗

摘 要:介紹了傳統(tǒng)變壓器內(nèi)部熱場的有限元方法模擬熱路模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,增加平均油溫、太陽輻射等條件參數(shù),對原有模型進行改進,利用光纖光柵溫度測量系統(tǒng),對變壓器樣機進行現(xiàn)場溫升試驗,并將熱路修正模型計算結(jié)果與幾臺變壓器實測溫升數(shù)據(jù)進行對比,結(jié)果驗證了該熱路修正模型的精確性。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the finite element method of analog thermal circuit model of traditional transformer internal thermal field,and on this basis, average oil temperature, sun radiation etc conditional parameters were added to carry out improvement for the original model.The optical fiber grating temperature measurement system was used to carry out site temperature rise test for sample transformer. This paper carried out comparison of thermal circuit amended model calculation result with several transformers actual tested temperature rise data. The result verifies the correctness of the thermal circuit amended model.
