永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

摘 要:針對(duì)分?jǐn)?shù)槽配合電機(jī)的氣隙磁場(chǎng)諧波次數(shù)過(guò)多,容易產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)和噪聲問(wèn)題,采用磁路計(jì)算和有限元分析相結(jié)合的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)8 極24 槽、11.8 kW、額定轉(zhuǎn)速1 500 r/min 的整數(shù)槽配合的永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)。給出了確定電機(jī)主要尺寸的方法,利用Ansys Maxwell 軟件對(duì)電機(jī)空載磁場(chǎng)、反電勢(shì)、齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩、電機(jī)負(fù)載性能進(jìn)行了仿真分析與計(jì)算。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,與仿真結(jié)果誤差在5% 以內(nèi),驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)和仿真的準(zhǔn)確性。

Design and Simulation of Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motors

Abstract: It is easy to generate vibration and noise if there are overabounded times of air gap magnetic field harmonics in fractional slot combination motor. Aiming at the above problem, this paper adopted the combined method of magnetic circuit calculation and finite element to design a permanent magnetic synchronous motor with integer slot combination of 8 poles, 24 slots, 11 .8 kW, rated rotation speed of 15 00 r/min. Main dimensions of the motor was given. By using Ansys Maxwell software, simulation analysis and calculation were carried out for no-load motor magnetic field, counter electromotive force, cogging torque and motor load performance. Sample machine test result shows that the motor has reached design requirements. Compared with the simulation result, the error is less than 5%, which verifies the correctness of the design and simulation.
