基于JMAG軟件的高速永磁電機(jī)的研究與設(shè)計

摘 要:基于磁路分析設(shè)計法,提出了5 kW 高速永磁電機(jī)的設(shè)計方案,并對設(shè)計過程中的電機(jī)極數(shù)、永磁體厚度、繞組節(jié)距以及極弧系數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化仿真。通過JMAG 軟件建模仿真,完成了對高速永磁電機(jī)的磁密、磁感線、空負(fù)載電動勢以及電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩的分析,該電磁方案可為高速永磁電機(jī)設(shè)計與優(yōu)化分析提供一定的理論依據(jù)。

Research and Design of High-Speed Permanent Magnet Motor Based on JMAG Software

Abstract: Based on the magnetic circuit analysis and design method, this paper proposed the design plan of 5kW high-speed permanent magnet motor and carried out optimized analysis to the motor poles, the thickness of the permanent magnet, the winding pitch and pole arc coefficient.Through the simulation software JMAG modeling, this paper completed the analysis of the high-speed permanent magnet motor flux density,magnetic field lines, air force and the motor load torque. The results show that the electromagnetic scheme can provide certain theoretical basis for high-speed permanent magnet motor design and optimization analysis.
