電磁式剩余電流動作斷路器失效分析

摘 要: 基于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對剩余電流動作斷路器(RCCB) 的可靠性規(guī)定,對RCCB 進(jìn)行氣候試驗、壽命試驗、防塵試驗。通過試驗驗證對試驗中的失效RCCB 進(jìn)行失效機理分析,研究RCCB 在使用中的各種失效原因,并提出解決方案。結(jié)果表明:通過操作機構(gòu)的尺寸計算書,驗證了公差配合的重要性及合理性;通過對電磁脫扣器(EMR) 的脫扣特性分析,驗證了RCCB 存在第一次動作電流偏大現(xiàn)象。

Failure Analysis of Electromagnetic Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker

Abstract: With reference to the relevant provisions of residual current operated circuit breakers (RCCB) in the national standard, climate test, life test and dustproof on RCCB were carried out. Analysis was made to the failure mechanism in the RCCB trial. Various RCCB failure reasons in use were researched and the corresponding solution was put forward. The result shows that the size calculation sheet of the operating mechanism verifies the importance of tolerance fitting and rationality and the tripping characteristics analysis of electromagnetic release (EMR) verifies that the first action current is larger in RCCB.
