    摘 要:介紹了一臺(tái)110 kV 主變?cè)诠S化檢修過(guò)程中無(wú)勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)該變壓器無(wú)勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)電氣原理圖的理論分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)變壓器和無(wú)勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程,判定故障問(wèn)題發(fā)生的根源在于實(shí)物與原理圖的不統(tǒng)一,進(jìn)而得出了該案例的處理方案,該案例的分析與處理過(guò)程對(duì)電力變壓器的工廠化檢修具有參考意義。

Analysis and Treatment of Off-Circuit Tap-Changer for a
Transformer in Maintenance

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the problem of the off-circuit tap-changer for a 110 kV main transformer in the factory overhaul process.
By theoretically analyzing the electrical principle diagram of the transformer off-circuit tap-changer, combining with the development history of domestic transformer and off-circuit tap-changer manufacturing technology, this paper judged that the malfunction problem was caused by the disunity between the entity and the schematic diagram, so as to obtain the processing scheme of this case. The case analysis and treating processes provide references for factory overhaul of power transformer.
