分布電容法在變壓器繞組變形故障中輔助分析

    摘 要:針對(duì)某供電公司110 kV 變電站一臺(tái)三相有載調(diào)壓電力變壓器存在繞組變形的可能性,采用分布電容法結(jié)合常用的頻率響應(yīng)法、電抗法、繞組介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)和電容量等多種方法分析該臺(tái)電力變壓器繞組是否變形,以及是何繞組出現(xiàn)變形。經(jīng)變壓器返廠解體后發(fā)現(xiàn)中壓繞組、低壓繞組確實(shí)存在繞組變形,確定了分布電容法可作為繞組變形分析的輔助方法。

Auxiliary Analysis of Distributed Capacitance Method Used in
Transformer Winding Deformation Fault

    Abstract: In allusion to that a three-phase on-load voltage regulation power transformer has the possibility of winding deformation in 110 kV substation of certain power supply company, this paper adopted the distributed capacitance method combined with the common frequency response method, the reactance method, the winding dielectric loss factor and the capacitance of power transformer etc to analyze whether or not this power transformer winding deformed and which winding had deformation. Via disassembling the returned transformer, it is found that there existed winding deformation in medium-voltage and low-voltage windings, which confirms that the distributed capacitance method can be used as auxiliary methods of winding deformation analysis.
