    摘 要:目前由于對配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究只停留在不同電壓等級配網(wǎng)接線模式的歸納以及特點(diǎn)分析方面,以某供電重點(diǎn)單位試點(diǎn)配電網(wǎng)合環(huán)運(yùn)行為例,研究了南京花瓣型接線配網(wǎng)改造工程中合環(huán)運(yùn)行建設(shè)改造及實(shí)際操作中出現(xiàn)的問題,闡述目前保護(hù)配置在特殊情況下面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),明確了故障處理關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),并結(jié)合配電自動化改造,完善了典型故障預(yù)案,給出了配電網(wǎng)合環(huán)運(yùn)行前瞻性建議。

Research and Typical Fault Analysis on Loop-Closed Operation
Mode for Regional Distribution Network

    Abstract: The research on the power distribution network structure remains in the respects of conclusion and characteristic analysis of different voltage class distribution network connection modes at present, so taking the distribution network loop-closed operation of certain power supply key experimental unit for example, this paper researched on the loop-closed operation construction transformation and problems existing in practical operation in Nanjing quincunx-type connection distribution network reconstruction project. The risk of protection allocation in special cases was described and the key point of fault processing was explicated. Combined with the transformation of distribution automation, this paper completed the fault pre-arranged planning, giving the foresight suggestion of power distribution network loop-closed operation.
