懸式水輪發(fā)電機主軸加工工藝研究

    摘 要:主軸是水輪發(fā)電機組中最為重要的轉(zhuǎn)動和傳動部件,結(jié)合懸式水輪發(fā)電機主軸結(jié)構(gòu),分析了此類主軸的加工難點,從加工設(shè)備選擇、工藝流程安排以及加工刀具和輔助工裝工具的使用等方面對主軸加工工藝進行了改進。與老工藝對比表明,新工藝方案順利解決了多臺懸式水輪發(fā)電機組主軸加工難題,保證了工件的加工質(zhì)量并極大限度地減小了工件的變形。

Suspension Type Hydro-Generator Principal Axis Processing Technical Study

    Abstract: The principal axis is the most important rotating and transmission part in hydro-generator unit. Combining with the principal axis structure of suspension type hydro-generator, this paper analyzed this type of processing difficulties and improved processing technical from the respects such as processing equipment selection, technological process arrangement, processing cutting tool and auxiliary frock tool. Compared with the old technology, it shows that the new one solves the difficulty of principal axis processing of more suspension type hydro-generator unit, which ensures the workpiece processing quality and reduces the workpiece deformation maximumly.
