核電廠中壓電氣貫穿件短路電動(dòng)力試驗(yàn)探討

    摘 要:核電廠中壓電氣貫穿件為安全殼內(nèi)反應(yīng)堆冷卻劑泵電機(jī)提供三相交流電源,設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)和鑒定中應(yīng)考慮可能發(fā)生的單相、兩相和三相短路故障。根據(jù)中壓電氣貫穿件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和相關(guān)鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)比分析了中壓電氣貫穿件可能發(fā)生的兩相和三相短路的電動(dòng)力,并探討了短路電動(dòng)力試驗(yàn)方法。分析結(jié)果表明:中壓電氣貫穿件發(fā)生三相短路的電動(dòng)力較大,中壓電氣貫穿件應(yīng)進(jìn)行三相短路試驗(yàn);短路試驗(yàn)電路的X /R 值和合閘相角對(duì)于短路電動(dòng)力都有影響;在進(jìn)行短路試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整試驗(yàn)電路參數(shù),確保至少其中某一相導(dǎo)體的短路電流達(dá)到最大短路電流峰值,從而使電動(dòng)力達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)值。

Discussion on Short-Circuit Electromotive Force Testing of Medium-Voltage
Electric Penetration Assembly in Nuclear Power Plant

    Abstract: The medium-voltage electric penetration assembly in nuclear power plant provides three-phase AC power source for the reactor coolant pump dynamo inside the containment. In the design and appraisal of equipment, consideration should be made for the possible happened one-phase, two-phase and three-phase short-circuit faults. According to the structure feature of medium-voltage electric penetration assembly and the related appraisal standard, this paper compared and analyzed the two-phase and three-phase short-circuit electromotive forces possibly happened in medium-voltage electric penetration assembly and probed the testing method. The analysis result shows that the electromotive forces of three-phase short-circuit are larger in medium-voltage electric penetration assembly. The medium-voltage electric penetration assembly should be subjected to three-phase short-circuit test. The X/R value of short-circuit testing circuit and the closing phase angle have effects on the short-circuit electromotive force. The testing circuit parameters should be adjusted before short-circuit testing, so as to make sure that at least one phase reaches the peek short-circuit current and then the electromotive forces reach the expected target value.
