一起母差保護(hù)誤動(dòng)原因分析與改進(jìn)

摘 要:針對(duì)一起變電站發(fā)生的母差保護(hù)誤動(dòng)事件,分析了其發(fā)生原因,由于虛焊引起接觸電阻過大,出現(xiàn)異常直流量值,軟件沒有相應(yīng)的閉鎖措施,導(dǎo)致發(fā)生區(qū)外故障時(shí),滿足保護(hù)啟動(dòng)條件,最終保護(hù)誤動(dòng)出口。對(duì)硬件生產(chǎn)工藝及保護(hù)軟件閉鎖邏輯進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),為避免類似事故再次發(fā)生提供參考。

Abstract: Aiming at a busbar differential protection misoperation accident in substation, this paper analyzed its occurrence reasons. Cold solder joint made contact resistance too large, so as to produce abnormal direct current value, but the software hadn’t the corresponding latching measures, which led to meet starting condition of protection when external faults happened and ultimately the misoperation exit was protected. The hardware manufacturing technique and protection software latching logic were improved to avoid the same accident happening once more.
